SHORT BIO

Paroshini is a Senior Associate at Vasco de Oliveira Inc. She began her career at Vasco de Oliveira Incorporated in 2012 as a paralegal, where after she commenced her articles of clerkship and was retained by the firm upon her admission and enrolment as an attorney of the High Court. She has throughout her career at Vasco de Oliveira Incorporated developed her skills to an expertise level in civil and commercial litigation, debt recovery, and commercial contracts. Paroshini has also gained significant practice experience within other fields of law, such as, Insolvency & Liquidation, Business Rescue, Fraud Recovery, Alternative Dispute Resolution and Employment & Labour Disputes. Paroshini obtained her Bachelor of Social Sciences degree (Politics, Philosophy & Law) and LLB degree from the University of KwaZulu-Natal.
