SHORT BIO
Natasha obtained her LLB from the University of Pretoria in 2007. In 2008, she moved to Port Elizabeth, ceding her articles to Wilke Weiss Van Rooyen Inc. She was offered the position of an Associate in 2009. She joined Joubert Galpin Searle in February 2015 as an Associate. She was promoted to Senior Associate within 5 months. After gaining the respect of her partners through drive, passion and potential, she became a partner 7 months later. She is a qualified Notary Public and has completed an advanced short course in Business Rescue Practice as well as Medical Negligence. She currently specializes in litigation, having extensive knowledge in High Court litigation (compromising of opposed motions and trials) with her focus primarily on Road Accident Fund claims. She has experience in family law, estates, insurance law and general commercial litigation ranging from lease agreements to evictions, contractual disputes, removal of restrictive conditions and rezoning and special consent applications. She has a keen interest in medical negligence and has been up skilling herself in this area of law.
