SHORT BIO

Adv Harper has 32 years experience in higher Education where he has served in senior academic and Managerial and Executive positions . He has experience in conflict management in communities and he has participated as an interpreter in labour disputes and and in other cross - cultural disputes . He holds an LLB degree and Masters degree in law and he completed an intensive thirteen week course in Commercial Law Practice in 2007.
