SHORT BIO

Lindie Fourie has being the owner of a residential construction company since 2004 (19 years) and acting as a consultant or project manager on various building projects over these years, she have appreciation for the numerous challenges and causes for conflict in the construction industry. On a personal note, she have three main passions in life; being: people, the construction industry and fairness. The inherent nature of this industry, being so prone to conflict, is unfortunately one which challenges harmony between these three elements and it has always been a desire for her to find a better way to conflict resolution, to align these passions in her life.Lindie first trained as a mediator in 2022 and successfully completed the UCT/MiM mediation commercial Course. She has since affiliate with multipal Attorney practises working in collaboration with cases in mediation.
