SHORT BIO

I am a neurosurgeon in Private Practice for the past 20 years. I qualified in 1995 and up to 1999 I worked as Senior Consultant at University of Pretoria and the then HF Verwoerd Hospital, Department of Neurosurgery. Currently International Consultant for Medtronic as well as for MySonix. Post chairman of Nelspruit MediClinic Hospital Governance committee, Convener of the Nelspruit Specialist forum. Was actively involved in the exploration phase, planning for environmental impact assessments (EIA), mining and water usage license (WUL) acquirement and final selling of a coal mine for the past 10 years. Member of the The South African Medical Association, The South African Spine Society,The Society of Neurosurgeons of South Africa, The College of Medicine of SA, The General Medical Council (UK), Health Professions Council of South Africa.
