SHORT BIO

I am Professional Architect, Programme Manager and Mediator with over 12 years’ experience in the architectural and construction industries. I have worked in the government sector where community and stakeholder engagements, negotiations and facilitation are commonplace and formed part of my responsibility. This sparked a passion for mediation as an alternative dispute resolution mechanism and has given me an insight into conflict, particularly in a South African context. I am interested in alternative dispute resolution and contract law pursuing part time studies in both. I have successfully completed a course in commercial and court aligned mediation through the University of Cape Town and Mediation in Motion.
