SHORT BIO

Danielle specialises in Construction and Engineering Law, with a special focus on alternative dispute resolution through arbitrations, mediations and adjudications, both locally and internationally. She also provides general advice and assistance in matters of Procurement Law, including Constitutional matters; PAIA (Requests for Information, Internal Appeals and Court Applications); PAJA; PFMA; MFMA; Review Applications in terms of Rule 53 (both urgent applications and applications in the normal course); and general litigation.
